Managing Partner/Service Manager-Terry Essick was born in Lexington, NC and has been a resident of Jacksonville for over 32 years. Terry graduated from Fletcher High School in 1979. He specialized in Automotive Repair for over 25 years before becoming a partner with RPM Automotive at the Beaches. Terry is married with 2 children. His hobbies include hunting, four-wheeling, and jet skiing.

Assistant Service Manager-Reuben Shackelford brings to RPM over 30 years of automotive experience. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina where he began his love for cars and trucks. Reuben moved to Jacksonville in 1972. He graduated from Terry Parker High School in 1978. Reuben spent 24 years with Automotive Dealerships in Jacksonville before joining the RPM family. He is married to his wife of 25 years, Kathy. They have two children and two grandchildren. Reuben has numerous achievement awards through American Honda Motor Company including Platinum Management status. His hobbies and interests include spending time with his family, working in the yard, golf, football and of course, automobiles.
